Exclusive Membership Savings Plan

For those without insurance, Savannah Lakes Family Dental is excited to offer you our exclusive in-house membership savings plan. This would eliminate filing with an insurance provider or requiring any pre-approval claims with this membership.

Annual membership fees as follows:

New Patients: $150
Established Outstanding Patients: $100 (has been longer than six months since last exam)
Established Current Patients: $95

Annual membership fees include the following services:

Two professional cleanings (not including periodontal treatment)
Two complete exams (initial or periodic) by the doctor at hygiene visits
Annual required radiographs and any additional as-needed
50% savings on all basic restorative treatment including fillings, deep cleanings & maintenance, root canals & extractions
30% savings on all major services including crowns, bridges, partial and/or complete dentures
No “maximums”, no waiting periods, or exclusions
Total Value: $440 minimum to unlimited, depending on services provided

Note: Additional adult members can be added that are within the same household for $100 each. Please speak with our Office Manager for all of the details of these programs.

General Dentistry

Professional dental cleanings are important for our overall health. It’s recommended that people of all ages visit the dentist at least twice per year for a cleaning so that we can monitor your gums’ health and catch any possible issues before they become larger problems. X-rays are always included in our dental exams as well.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Through cosmetic dentistry, we help to restore people’s confidence in their smiles. Using an in-house Zoom whitening system, we are able to provide modern treatments that help people achieve a bright and healthy smile they are proud to show off.

Restorative Dentistry

Our focus with restorative dentistry is to restore the strength, function, and structure of your teeth after they have been damaged by cavities, tooth decay, or trauma. Restorative dentistry includes fillings, root canals, crowns and extractions, replacing missing teeth with a bridge or denture, and braces.

Orthodontics

Orthodontic treatment is essential for proper function and for teeth straightening purposes. Through digital x-rays, we can fully examine a patient’s teeth and jaw and provide a plan to correct the alignment with braces. With better-aligned teeth, you will be able to chew and speak better, have less jaw pain, and have healthier dental and gum health.

Pediatric Dentistry

We believe in creating good dental habits early and that the foundation is set during childhood. That’s why we begin accepting patients at six months old. We offer a fun and positive environment to help children be at ease at the dentist’s office to establish a confident relationship with their dental health.

Inclusive Dentistry

We pride ourselves on the diversity of patients we are available to, including the babies of your families up to the grandparents too. Dental anxieties are real and, at times, unavoidable. We will do our best to accommodate to make your dental treatment tolerable. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) as well as sensory attention to sounds or lights. We also offer services to our special needs patients. We welcome patients with disabilities, including but not limited to autism, blindness, and physical handicaps. We can talk about ways to make you comfortable with your dental treatment. You are welcome to bring someone with you to your appointments, but please limit additional children separate from the patient.
